How El Rufai got Buhari to appoint girlfriend MD of lucrative NPA

The young inexperienced lady appointed by President Muhamamdu Buhari as the Managing Director of Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA) has been an associate of the Governor of Kaduna State, Mallam Nasir El Rufai for 20 years.
Ms. Hadiza Bala Usman  worked at the Bureau of Public Enterprises (BPE) for El rufai from July 2000- August 2004 as an Enterprise Officer.
#Nigeria Port Authority Scandal..... #Hadiza Bala Usman & Governor Nasir el-rufai in Romance...#Baba Buhari has turned Nigeria to home match.....So it is now true and clear to the whole nation that the new appointed Managing Director of Nigeria Port Authority, Hadiza Bala usman by President Muhammad Buhari is governor Nasir el-rufai girlfriend in romance.
This is a great embarrassment to the nation that am seeing today. Haba Baba Buhari? Why now? Why are you doing this to the northerners and Nigeria @ large? Why are you disgracing and embarrassing the northerners and APC @ large? Isn't there no other person that you can appoint except Hadiza Bala, a girlfriend in romance with el-rufai? Gaskiya Buhari ka bani kunya kuma kasa na raina ka wallahi. Wannan cin mutunci ne ga yan arewa. It is now vividly obvious that el-rufai has a large control over Buhari. I pity this old man for his mess up in this country. I don't even know what word to use in describing Buhari and his behavior. - Maigari Sani Auwal

Compared to Managing Director, FAAN, Hadiza appears so inexperienced. See the difference between Managing Director, FAAN and the NPA

Mission Accomplished
On April 2015 President-elect, Gen. Muhammadu Buhari (rtd.) appointed Hadiza Bala Usman, the Founder of the #BringBackOurGirls crusade as a member of his Presidential Inauguration Planning Committee.

It will be recalled that in 2014, Chief Audu Ogbeh, an APC Chieftain openly acknowledged the #BringBackOurGirls campaign as an offshoot of the All Progressive Congress (APC), a statement for which he later apologised after massive public criticism and outrage.
