This Programme is highly respected certification by the Institute of Customer Service of Nigeria (ICSN); is a body that is accredited by Federal Ministry of Education and has partnered with United Kingdom (UK) based body Institute of Customer Care Service and Relationship UK to start offering this training in our (Nigeria) at a cheaper price. The training is said to be 2 days intensive fast-track certification and membership training. The training will cover an international customer service curriculum tenable worldwide and at the end all that attend will be issued a Certified Customer Service Professional (CCSP) qualification certificate from the ICSN and will become a member of the ICSN Group.
Certification & Membership Training Date is scheduled to hold on: Sat. 25th & Sun. 26th June, 2016.
Training Commencement Time is said to be: 10:30am Prompt (Saturday); 9:00am Prompt (Sunday).
Registration Closing Date: Thursday 23rd June, 2016.
